Refund Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold by TREECOM LIMITED (AI Front Desk Kit, AI Γραφείο, Industry Pack+ and Πακέτο Κλάδου+). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which also processes any refunds.

1. Digital goods

Our products are digital files delivered immediately by download. Because the content can be accessed and kept as soon as it is delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available, except as described below.

2. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right is waived when, before purchase, you give your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. We ask for this consent with a checkbox at checkout:

3. Faulty, incomplete or undelivered files

If a file is corrupted, missing from the ZIP, doesn’t open, materially differs from the product description, or you did not receive your download link, email us at support@treecomtech.com with your order number. We will:

• send you a working file or a new download link, or
• if we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, issue a full refund through Lemon Squeezy.

4. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.

5. How to contact us

Email support@treecomtech.com with your Lemon Squeezy order number and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
