These Terms of Sale apply to all digital products sold by TREECOM LIMITED through this website, including the AI Front Desk Kit, AI Γραφείο, Industry Pack+ and Πακέτο Κλάδου+.

1. Products

We sell original digital content (PDF, XLSX, DOCX, PPTX/PDF templates and similar files) delivered as downloadable ZIP files. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Licence

Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content in the original purchaser’s own business. Resale, public redistribution or sharing the files as a product is not allowed. All intellectual property remains with TREECOM LIMITED.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR. AI Front Desk Kit / AI Γραφείο: launch price €19. Optional add-on Industry Pack+ / Πακέτο Κλάδου+: €12. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction and handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax/VAT. Lemon Squeezy’s own buyer terms also apply to the checkout.

4. Delivery

Content is delivered immediately after successful payment via a download link on the confirmation page and by email.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU digital content)

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. This consent is requested at checkout. See our Refund Policy for help with faulty or undelivered files.

6. Disclaimers

Our products contain practical templates and guidance. We make no promises of income, sales, followers or other business results. The content is not medical, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated text before publishing or sending it and for complying with applicable law.

7. Updates

Free updates (e.g. short videos) may be offered at our discretion; they are not guaranteed by a specific date.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
