1. Data we collect

When you buy a product, our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, collects your name, email address, billing details and transaction data to process the payment. We receive the order details needed to deliver the product and support you (e.g. name, email, products purchased, country). If you email us, we process the content of your message and your email address. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

2. Purposes

Delivering the digital product (contract performance), invoicing and tax where required, customer support, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

GDPR Art. 6: performance of a contract, legitimate interest (security/fraud prevention), legal obligation, and consent where required (e.g. marketing emails, which we only send if you opt in).

4. Recipients / processors

Lemon Squeezy (payments, Merchant of Record and file delivery), email and hosting providers, and accounting tools. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.

6. Retention

Transaction records are kept for as long as required by Cyprus/EU tax and commercial rules. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (where applicable), restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
